By downloading or using Almost Life (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
The app
Almost Life is a personal journaling tool for sealing choices you almost made and revisiting them over time. It is provided for your own private use.
Your content
You own everything you write in the app. Your entries are stored on your device and, optionally, in your private iCloud. We do not access, collect, or share your content. You are responsible for what you choose to record and for keeping your own backups; see the Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and only on devices you own or control. Do not attempt to reverse‑engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error‑free, or that data sync will always succeed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from use of the app. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Apple's standard license
The app is licensed, not sold, to you, and your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

关于本应用
「差点」是一款个人记录工具，用于封存你「差点做出」的选择并在未来回看，仅供你个人私密使用。
你的内容
你拥有在应用中写下的全部内容。条目保存在你的设备上，并可选地保存在你私人的 iCloud 中。我们不会访问、收集或共享你的内容。你需对自己记录的内容负责，并自行做好备份；详见隐私政策。
不作保证
本应用按「现状」提供，不附带任何形式的保证。我们不保证其不中断、无错误，或同步始终成功。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用导致的数据丢失或其他损失承担责任。请自行保存重要内容的副本。
Apple 标准许可
本应用为授权使用而非出售，并同时受 Apple 的《授权应用最终用户许可协议（EULA）》约束。Apple 不对本应用或其内容负责。
